Cocktail Making Course

Have fun learning how to make the perfect cocktail! Glassware, garnishing, shaken, built, stirred and blended cocktails are all covered in this hands-on course. Learn about liquers and spirits and their uses, including liquer coffees, plus host responsibility.


Qualification:

On successful completion of this course candidates will receive:

  • The NorthTec Certificate in Completion as well as the NZQA Unit Standards:
    • Unit standard 14423: Prepare and serve liquers and hot alcoholic beverages
    • Unit standard 14424: Prepare and serve cocktails
    • Unit standard 4645: Maintain a responsible driving environment

Duration:

4 evenings - 2 nights a week for 2 weeks (6pm - 9pm)
