Boatmaster Certificate
When you learn to drive a car you take lessons - you learn to operate the vehicle in good weather and in bad, you learn the traffic signs and rules of the road - boating requires no less.
If anything goes wrong you can't get out and walk, and the next stop may well be Australia, Antarctica or America!
