Tech and only 10 minutes to Warkworth township.

township. Linen and towels supplied. Suit single or couple. (Pull-out in lounge if suitable)

THE OAKS ACCOMMODATION AND BACKPACKERS
The Oaks is located a handy 5 minute walk from Tech. Single and double rooms are available
with full cooking facilities, a communal kitchen and lounge areas. Wireless internet available
on site plus only a 10 minute walk to the Warkworth town centre.
Rates: Single $35.00 per night - one person
$30.00 if more than seven night
Double: $60.00 per night - 2 persons

LIFEWAY TRUST STUDENT HOSTEL – Snells Beach
Set in the tranquil grounds of the Lifeway Trust’s Complex in Snells Beach, 15 minutes drive from Tech and Warkworth. MTI offer free transport daily to and from the complex (must be booked through MTI). As parking is limited at Tech we strongly advise you use the daily MTI transport.

WARKWORTH LODGE
Situated within walking distance from MTI Warkworth Lodge have several different accommodation options available.
Flashpacker Rooms - $35.00 - $45.00 per night with a single bed, shared bathroom facilities and self catering.
Villa Rooms - $60.00 per night per person with queen bed and ensuite.

SHEEP WORLD
Situated four minutes North of Warkworth and offers several options for accommodation.
1 Chalet with double bed, plus 2 single or double. It has it’s own bathroom facilities and cooking facilities. $80.00 for two people, $12.50 for each additional person
6 Cabins that sleep four in single/double beds or bunks. $50.00 for two people, $12.50 for each additional person.
Backpacker Cabins which have four beds available in each. $60.00 per adult
Tourist Apartment/Flat which sleeps four. Has hot and cold water, toilet and cooking facilities. Bedding is included. $50.00 for two people. $12.00 each per additional person. In addition Sheep World offers powered caravan sites, on site caravans and non-powered sites, for those who would prefer this option.
